Where I Work

Last summer, we cleared out the 2nd bedroom in our flat to give my husband an office for Family Connections. That's his genealogy business - http://www.petergout.com - if you ever need English/Welsh/Scottish ancestors traced.

But it meant that I needed to find new working space. So I emptied the lower shelves of a corner bookcase in the the living room. That's where I my aged Hewlett Packard now lives. It's just the right height; I get one of our camping chairs set up in front and away I go.

I look like a child who's been naughty! But it works. If Shen is good enough and I get to be a proper author one day, a more professional set up may be in order. Even so, I might bring the corner bookcase into my new study, along with the old PC which will probably have died by then. I'll call it my museum exhibit.
