Resolution 2012 so far

It's too early to talk about bigger effects. I sit crosslegged on the carpet at the foot of our bed, play two tracks of white noise at a frequency of 4-5 mhz with the sound of ocean waves.

The mind goes quiet, but it needs at least ten minutes, so fifteen to eighteen minutes is my minimum. First impression - mentally, it resembles sleep. The work day feels like something that happened a while ago.
